The IMTT Vendor Management Seminar really exceeded my expectations. The venue was beautiful, the atmosphere warm and friendly, and the presenters informative and engaging.

As part of a company that is in the beginning stages of developing a formal vendor management process, I was hoping to come away with some basic ideas about the elements required to successfully manage vendors. Thanks to the excellent presentations and group discussions I was able to take away a lot of useful information that will help me to set up our process. It was also reassuring to know that many of the participants face similar challenges sourcing and retaining vendors, finding the best way to qualify them, and monitoring and reporting on their performance. It was wonderful to be able to exchange ideas and experiences with other LSPs and to learn from some of the more experienced vendor managers in the industry.
